A single page custom website for listing a home for sale in San Diego. Looking for maximum impact, the client chose a big, bold photo for the landing page and a custom drone video of the home. Professional photos filled the gallery section and we made it easy to read and user friendly. We assisted in the listing by providing a big boost of paid social media marketing to increase traffic.
It all paid off as the single open house attracted over 250 visitors, pulled in 7 offers within 3 days, and went into escrow on the 4th day. The home finally sold for nearly 6% over the listing price.
